How can I get there?

> Arriving by car

 

Coming from the city motorway A100 you take the last exit (Seestraße).You can then eather take the Sylterstraße to your right, which directly leads to the the entrance Seestraße of the Klinikum. Alternatively, you may turn to the right at the next crossroad into Amrumer Straße, which leads to the Augustenburger Platz with the main entrance (Amrumer Straße) on the right hand side.

 
 

> Arring by train

Take a train (DB) to the station Berlin Zoologischer Garten. There you have to change to the subway No. U9 direction Osloer Straße and get off at the station Amrumer Straße.

> Arriving by plane

zum Anfang

1) Airport Berlin-Tegel Otto Lilienthal:
From the airport station you are recommended to take the bus No. 128 into the direction U-Bahnhof Osloer Straße, get off at the Kurt-Schumacher Platz and change the subway to No. U6 into direction Alt-Mariendorf. At the station Leopoldplatz you take the subway U9 into direction Rathaus Steglitz. Get off the U9 at the station Amrumer Straße. (walking distance to the hospital). Alternatively you can take a taxi from the airport Tegel (the distance is short!).

2) Airport Berlin-Tempelhof:
Take the subway U8 direction Alt-Tegel, get off at Leopoldplatz, there you take the U9 into direction Rathaus Steglitz, get off at Amrumer Straße (during the rush hour this connection is usually quicker than taking a taxi).

3) Airport Berlin-Schönefeld
Take the S-Bahn S45 from the station Berlin-Schönefeld into direction Westend to the station Bundesplatz. There you have to change to the subway U9 into direction Osloer Straße. Get off the U9 at the station Amrumer Straße.

U9 - station Amrumer Strasse

Tram 23 and 24 - station Virchow-Klinikum

Bus 221 and 248 - stop Virchow-Klinikum
